I wanted to take a moment to express my overall experience with Carado. I was very excited about these covers, after days of searching and comparing, I decided to order these with hope they would reflect the quality I saw in the photos. These days not everything bought online is what you see, however, in this case I am very happy to say the quality and craftsmanship of this product is 5 star all the way. The feel, and look is just amazing, and I received instant complements from many friends. I also just enjoyed them completely.However the story does not end there. Unfortunately, the fit on my specific vehicle was a little bit different, as these were designed around the series of vehicles, some of the fits were a bit shorter that expected. There are so many options for vehicles, I imagine finding that perfect fit for everything has to be tough. I reached out to Carado, and provided pictures, and details about where the fits were short, and they responded and took my concerns very seriously, all during the chaos of the holiday rush. Unfortunately there was not much they could do about the set I had in terms of adjustment, and they proactively provided me a refund on the covers as they understood the fits would create challenges for long term use.This is what it means to be committed to your customer, and stand behind your product.If you are looking for covers, and find something they are selling, know the value and service are outstanding.LikeI love the material and look of these seat covers. The only issue I have is they cannot be secured enough where there is no slipping. I have to adjust it just a bit when I get in the car.I purchased these seat covers for my 2017 VW Jetta and I am very pleased with my purchase. The material feels high quality, they are very comfortable and I love the way it makes the inside of my car feel. It took a couple of weeks to arrive. Which was fine with me. It doesn’t come with directions but I emailed the seller and he sent them to me immediately. Not hard to install, my husband helped. All in all I am very happy with them.seat got to ripped and i still have not gotton a credit for it . I feel like it's not durable and it won't last as long I would like .Looks good, however, doesn't stay on tight, should of been a elastic fit, pieces/anchors were missing. won't buy not exact measurements.I took two months for me to receive my order! It comes from China. No instructions at all. Look good, but took some time for the smell to go away. After a few months of use, some of the stitching has torn. The sides of the cushion are narrow and poke into my back, and I'm not a big guy.The positive is they do look good!Didn't realize they were just seat liners, not full covers. Pretty useless, honestly. That's on me. Took forever to arrive. I contacted seller for return, got the run around and had to submit another email before getting my return label. This took weeks. Not paid. You have to pay to return the item yourself which is half what you pay to begin with and they weren't even clear on giving a full refund at that. I just opened the box, peaked without removing any items and realized they were not what I expected. Total bummer because they do look really nice... on that ONE usable side.絶対に買わない方がいいと思います。金の無駄です。
